Return and Refund Policy

Domestic Orders

We want you to love your Narpavi purchase, but if there’s an issue, here’s how we can help:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered. Just send us an unboxing video to support your claim.

  • Wrong Item: If we goofed and sent you the wrong item, don’t worry. Send us an unboxing video showing the mistake.

  • Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt.

  • Timeframe: Reach out within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return. You’ll have 7 days from delivery to send the item back.

  • Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Special Cases: If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we can’t offer a refund, but we can exchange it or issue a gift card for the same amount, valid for one year.

  • Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Cancellation: If you change your mind or its unintentional, cancel before the order gets dispatched for a refund

  • Partial Cancellation: For partial cancellations, we’ll issue a gift card for the amount refunded.

  • Refunds: We’ll process your refund once our quality control team approves the returned item, within 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping Delays: Refunds aren’t available for delayed deliveries.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for international orders except in cases of damaged or defective items. Just send us a video within 2 days of delivery.

Return Process

To start a return, email us at yesveeretails@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll let you know once your return is approved. After our quality check, expect your refund within 7-10 working days via your original payment method.
